    Guitar and Bass Celebration

    Hosted by Duquesne University’s Mary Pappert School of Music, the 2012 Guitar and Bass Celebration is a one-day festival open to guitarists and bassists of all ages. Dedicated to the memory of Bill Schultz, the late chief executive officer of Fender Musical Instruments, the celebration will help attendees refine their skills with tracks for the novice and experienced players in jazz, guitar, bass, classical/acoustic and contemporary/rock. Participants will also be eligible for a drawing of several prizes, including a Godin Freeway Classic electric guitar and a Martin D-1E acoustic guitar.
