Former Army Medical Specialist Corps. Chief to Deliver Commencement Address

Dr. Rebecca S. Hooper, who served as the 15th Chief of the Army Medical Specialist Corps., will deliver the commencement address at the John G. Rangos, Sr. School of Health Sciences graduation ceremony.
As chief, Hooper, a physical therapist, was responsible for more than 1,000 Army occupational therapists, physical therapists, dietitians and physician assistants worldwide. She retired as a colonel from active duty in 2006 following 31 years of service. Hooper currently serves as program manager for the Center for the Intrepid at Brooke Army Medical Center in Texas.
Degrees will be conferred upon more than 100 graduates at the commencement ceremony.
When: Friday, Aug. 6, at 6:30 p.m.
