    Dr. Tammy Hughes has been appointed the inaugural Martin Hehir, C.S.Sp., Chair in Scholarly Excellence at Duquesne University. She is an associate professor of school psychology and chairs the School of Education’s Department of Counseling, Psychology and Special Education.
