The Cyril H. Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law’s Forensic Fridays continuing legal education (CLE) and professional education seminar series will conclude with Behavioral Science Evidence in Divorce and Custody Cases.
Behavioral Science Evidence in Divorce and Custody Cases will feature instructors Judge David Wecht of the Allegheny County Common Pleas Court Family Division, forensic psychologist Dr. William Fischer and matrimonial attorney Candice L. Komar in a consideration of the behavioral scientific issues pertaining to divorce and child custody proceedings.
A continuing legal education and professional education series, Forensic Fridays was developed to offer continuing education opportunities on a regular basis and in shorter courses better suited to the busy schedules of professionals. The series is geared toward attorneys, judges, physicians, nurses, law enforcement officers and athletic trainers.
