Michael Kumer Named to Two Boards

Michael Kumer, executive director of Duquesne University’s Nonprofit Leadership Institute and associate dean of the School of Leadership and Professional Advancement, has been named to the board of directors for two organizations.
Kumer will serve on the board of the Pennsylvania Association for Nonprofit Organizations (PANO), a statewide group serving the charitable nonprofit sector throughleadership, advocacy, education and other services to improve the overall quality of life in Pennsylvania. PANO helps charities become more effective through collaboration, cooperation and the sharing of resources and information.
Kumer also was named to the board of Music for All, a nationwide, nonprofit organization headquartered in Indianapolis that works to expand access to music in schools and communities.
