DU Law Students to Argue Before U.S. Court of Appeals for Armed Forces

Duquesne Law students will participate in a U.S. Court of Appeals for Armed Forces case through Project Outreach. They will argue United States v. Harvey A. Gardiner II under the supervision of a member of the court’s bar. Developed as a public awareness program for the military justice system, Project Outreach allows the unique participation of student lawyers.
