    DU, Hill House Lead Effort to Develop New Keystone Innovation Zone

    Zone aims to draw biotechnology, information technology industries

    Duquesne University and the Hill House Economic Development Corp., along with 14 other leading educational, health, governmental and development agencies in Pittsburgh, have applied to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development for a grant to establish the Pittsburgh Central Keystone Innovation Zone (PCKIZ). The state established the KIZ program to generate job growth through technology transfer and entrepreneurship using the resources of university and community partnerships. Read more »

    Class of 2010 Arrive on Campus for Move-In/ Orientation

    Duquesne University to Install New Pedestrian Walkway Over Forbes Avenue

    A pedestrian walkway over Forbes Avenue will be installed as part of construction on the Duquesne University recreational and retail complex site. The walkway, which will be placed on freestanding supports, will connect the new building to the heart of campus. Read more »
